A note from the dean:

For more than 50 years, the College of Applied Science and Technology has provided a wonderful environment for our students, staff, and faculty to teach, learn, conduct research, and engage in outreach with a variety of stakeholders in a broad range of programs. As we think about where CAST is headed through the remainder of this decade and beyond, I am excited about the new opportunities our college has while also continuing to focus on priorities like applied, hands-on learning, individualized student attention, and a commitment to diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion.

I am proud of the collaborative work of our CAST colleagues in developing a strategic plan for moving the college forward. This plan will be a road map for CAST as we work together to overcome challenges and pursue new initiatives that we may not even be able to imagine yet today. The future is bright for CAST!
