Exchange students at Illinois State University have the option of living on- or off-campus. Students wishing to live on-campus must apply through the University Housing and Dining Portal. Because of limited on-campus housing, students are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible after confirmation.

Students wishing to live off-campus will need to work with a private leasing agency or renter to secure a space. Information and resources about off-campus housing can be found through the Off-Campus Services section of Dean of Students website.
