Employer engagement

Employers recruiting Illinois State students are provided recruitment strategies customized to the needs of their organizations. The Engage Employer Partner Program also connects employers with Redbirds to enhance student career readiness.

Engage added an exciting new benefit to employers—an opportunity to brand their organization in one of the Career Services’ huddle rooms located on the second floor of the Bone Student Center. This benefit allows employers to utilize the space to build awareness of their organization. Other career readiness opportunities included participation in equity, diversity, and inclusion events, career fairs, and participation in Engage Employer Council meetings.
