Core Values (3 Cs):
Creativity is the transformative force that drives innovation, fosters new connections, and empowers individuals to generate impactful solutions, enriching our current world while shaping a better future for society. To do so effectively requires community.
Community is the unifying force that brings diverse individuals together, fostering belonging, and shared purpose to empower our college/university constituents and to create transformative impacts on society. The foundation of this work is collaboration.
Collaboration is the active pursuit of shared interests and collective efforts, cultivating partnerships, and achieving impactful outcomes that advance our purpose, our vitality, and our agility. This is where collegiality and respect, equity, diversity, inclusion, access, belonging, and individualized attention converge to drive both shared success and enduring contributions.
